Giant has really gone downhill. Maybe everything is going downhill. I love self checkout, but since the shoplifting has gotten out of control, the sensitivity on the bagging area has become almost unusable. I saw a woman get caught trying to steal items that she hid under bagged items in her cart tonight, so I know the problem is real. I really don't blame Giant. I blame the people in the community who ruined it for everyone. I just changed my rating from 5 stars to 3. Update: Things have gotten much better. I'm going back to a 5. Self-checkout still has occasional kinks, but I don't see as much blatant shoplifting.

Love this place and the pickup option. I just picked up an order at 11 this morning and the lady helping me was extremely nice and helpful. With that said, I had to circle the lot a couple of times before I could find a pickup parking space. There were quite a few people parked there that were visiting neighboring businesses and not using the pickup service. I saw one person blatantly lie to an employee who asked for his order information and last name, and he went into the bagel store next door. Giant management: you really need to find a better way for these spaces to be controlled and only used for the intended purposes. As much as I love the service it's frustrating to have to circle the lot because a bunch of people are parked in the incorrect spaces.

My local store. Never any issues here besides regular shoppers in the parking spots designated for online orders. The pick up staff are pretty cool. Melanie is always pleasant and have been with the store for a few years. Theresa is a great manager as well. Whenever I have an issue she is always on top of it with superior customer service for curbside pickup orders.

The employees there are wonderful. I had an incident happen before walking into the store and most customers had stepped in to help. Before leaving the store one of the employees was kind enough to wait for me & asked to walk me out. I have been here a few times before & never had issues with this location, store wise. But the employees are wonderful. Thank you again for your help.

I use to stop here all the time & loved it. Safeway is closer so I usually go there but they don't have everything I like so I stopped by to look here.

I love this Giant! The produce and meat are fresh and the shelves are well stocked. There are always sales. There’s a mobile app that allows you to make shopping lists, and sort the items by aisle….it’s great. The employees are friendly and accommodating as well. I’ve shopped here pretty frequently and have not one complaint.

Very impressive grocery store! As I shop there mainly they have so many options and produce options there can be. What makes me love Giant is that the Deli where you can get your custom meat, cheese, and pepperoni the staff are amazing! They always treat me well and are always polite no matter the circumstance. I love this grocery store and definitely recommend this place!

This Giant is so biggely. It is so well stocked and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products and services. Great deals and an awesome bakery/deli.

I had a positive experience at Giant Food Supermarket. The Staff was helpful, as they assisted me in locating food items and gave me a few suggestions in preparing my Holiday meal. 🥘 The Turkey Wings and veggies were very fresh. The fruits were fresh as well. I wanted to buy some Rutabagas,however, they were sold out. I was still happy with my visit.
